Terravita Compound Coating Flakes 20 kg

The flakes are made from sugar, vegetable fats (fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil), whey powder and skimmed milk powder, with sunflower lecithin as emulsifier. The Milk variety, for coating cakes, doughnuts, eclairs and croissants, needs no tempering and crystallises quickly, with a melting temperature of 45–50 °C and a coating temperature of 38–43 °C. Contains: milk. May contain: nuts, peanuts, soya. Store at 12 – 20 °C with relative humidity below 75 %; shelf life unopened is 18 months, supplied in 20 kg bags.
