Description
Covela is Martin Braun's vegetable fat coating (confectionery cream) for sweet fillings, made from sugar, rapeseed oil, lactose and palm kernel fat.
Both White and Cocoa are ready to use inside cakes and for decoration, without exceeding a working temperature of 50 °C. Contains: milk. May contain: nuts. Store at 20 °C, dry and sealed in the original packaging, away from frost, heat and direct sunlight; unopened shelf life is 450 days. Sold in 12 kg units, in White and Cocoa.
