Description
Jabex Blue Poppy Seed Paste is a sweet bakery filling made with 25 % blue poppy seed, sugar, glucose syrup and wheat semolina, with cinnamon and flavourings.
The paste needs no additional heat treatment or grinding and is used for poppy seed rolls, strudels, kołacz cakes and sweet yeast buns, which can be frozen after baking. Contains: cereals containing gluten. Store in a cold store at 2 °C to 7 °C; shelf life unopened is 6 months from the date of production, and once opened use within 7 days. Supplied in a 12 kg pack.
