Description
Komplet persipan paste for use as a sweet filling, made with 53 % persipan (apricot kernels, sugar, water, invert sugar syrup, starch), sugar, water, invert sugar syrup and egg white powder.
Contains: eggs. May contain: nuts. Store tightly sealed, protected from moisture, air and light, in dry, clean and cool premises, both before and after opening; shelf life is 9 months from the date of production. A compact, elastic, dark cream to yellowish paste with a sweet taste and an aromatic odour of almonds, supplied in a 12.5 kg plastic bucket.
