Zeelandia Sponge Mix ZL

Both are based on sugar, wheat flour, potato starch and whey powder, with the chocolate mix adding cocoa powder and chocolate. The Plain version takes 300 g mix, 180 g eggs and 30 g water; all are baked at about 180 °C, for about 30–40 minutes (Plain) or about 35–40 minutes (Chocolate). Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk. May contain: eggs, sesame, soya. Store dry (relative humidity up to 75 %) at up to 25 °C; shelf life 180 days from the date of production in closed original packaging; supplied in 25 kg (plain), 10 kg and 15 kg (chocolate) bags.
