Description

Zeelandia Crema Arte cream fillings for sweet bakery use, made from sugar, palm vegetable fat, whey and milk powders and fat-reduced cocoa powder; the Hazelnut filling includes hazelnuts (0.1 %).

The 4 kg Chocolate and Hazelnut fillings are used cold, after baking, to fill croissants, doughnuts, muffins and sweet buns, and as a soft glaze when diluted with about 10 % vegetable oil. Contains: milk, and nuts in the Hazelnut filling. May contain: cereals containing gluten, soya, and nuts in the Toffee filling. Store in a ventilated, shaded, dry place at room temperature, 16–22 °C; shelf life unopened 10 months (Toffee) or 12 months (Hazelnut). Sold in Toffee 8 kg, Hazelnut 8 kg and 4 kg, and Chocolate 4 kg packs.
