Description
Bronisław Potato Starch is a starch for bakery use, consisting of potato starch and water, with Poland as its country of origin and manufacture.
It is used as a food ingredient and additive, including in bread, as a thickener for soups and sauces and as a basic ingredient of puddings and kissel. Store in a dry, clean place away from foreign odours at 60–75 % humidity and a temperature up to 20 °C. Shelf life unopened is 5 years from the date of production. Sold in 25 kg bags.
