Description

IRCA Joycream Wafernut Noir is a cocoa hazelnut sweet filling that keeps a soft consistency even at -15 °C.

It is made from sugar, sunflower oil, whey powder, hazelnut and low-fat cocoa powder, with crushed hazelnut and wafer. Used in ice-cream making and as a filling for chilled desserts, it is mixed thoroughly in the pack, stored in an ice-cream pan at -15 °C and reaches optimal consistency after 2–3 hours. Contains: cereals containing gluten (wheat, barley), milk, nuts (hazelnuts), soya. May contain: eggs, peanuts. Halal. Store in the original packaging in a dry, cool place (20 °C), with an unopened shelf life of 18 months; supplied as a 5 kg unit.
