Description
Zeelandia Dekormix, a multiseed bread topping of rye flakes, wheat flakes, linseed, oat flakes, barley flakes and sunflower seeds for topping bread and rolls.
As an addition to dough, it is soaked for approximately 0.5 hour and then combined with the flour in a ratio of 1:5 or 1:10 and with the remaining ingredients. Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: eggs, milk, sesame, soya. Store in a dry place (relative humidity up to 75 %) at up to 25 °C; shelf life unopened 180 days. Supplied in a 25 kg bag.
