Stewed Diced Apple Filling 12 kg (GIL)

Its main ingredients are apples, water, sugar and modified starch, with sodium metabisulphite (E 223) as antioxidant. It can be used as a general-purpose semi-finished product in cakes, fillings, apple pies and desserts. Contains: sulphites. Store in a dark, closed warehouse at 5–25 °C and approximately 75 % humidity; shelf life is 6 months. Thick, semi-liquid and gelled with a sweet and sour taste, it is supplied in a 12 kg bucket protected with barrier film.
