Description

Cookie Caramel Filling by Martin Braun is a sweet filling made with 55 % biscuit powder (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils and cinnamon), plus vegetable oil, sugar, whey powder and cinnamon.

It can be used directly in profiteroles, eclairs, cookies and tartlets, in chocolate filling and magnolia parfait, or between cake and cake base. Contains: cereals containing gluten (wheat), milk. May contain: eggs, nuts, soya. Store at 18 – 22 °C in a dry place in the original packaging, away from heat and freezing; after opening do not refrigerate and protect from light, air and moisture. Shelf life unopened is 12 months from production; sold in 6 kg packs.
