Description
Bowika Jelly Powder is a jelly powder for bakery use, sold in 5 kg bags in gooseberry, pineapple, banana, lemon, lemon/neutral, neutral, peach, raspberry, forest fruit, orange, strawberry and cherry.
The flavours with specification sheets are made from sugar, pork gelatine, acidity regulator citric acid, flavouring and colours. For the Gooseberry, Peach, Lemon, Raspberry, Forest Fruit, Orange, Strawberry and Cherry flavours, stir 1 kg into 5 litres of freshly boiled water without further boiling, then leave to set in a cool place. May contain: celery, cereals containing gluten, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame. Store at no higher than 25 °C; shelf life unopened is 9 months from the date of production.
