It is used for layering cakes, wafers and other baked goods, holds the shape it is given when decorating cakes, and can be combined with butter, cream, curd cheese, dried fruit and nuts. Contains: milk. Store at room temperature, protected from light, and refrigerate in a tightly closed package after opening; unopened shelf life is 9 months from the date of production. Country of origin: Poland. It is a smooth, matt, chestnut-coloured mass with a clean, sweet, milky-caramel taste, supplied in a 12 kg plastic bucket with a seal and membrane.
