Polmarkus Freeze-Dried Raspberry Crumbles are fine 0–2 mm pieces of freeze-dried raspberry, a dried fruit ingredient for bakery and confectionery work.
It is made of freeze dried raspberry 100%, with the raspberries originating from Poland and other countries. The crumbles can be added to confectionery such as cakes and jellies, to dairy products such as yoghurt, puddings and ice cream, and to muesli, fruit porridge and teas. Keep tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature; shelf life unopened is 24 months from the date of production. Sold in a 1 kg pack.
