Description
Helios Excellent Poppy Seed Filling is a sweet filling for bakery use, made with ground poppy seeds as the leading ingredient, followed by sugar, modified starch, soy flour/wheat semolina, raisins, glucose syrup, whey and cinnamon.
Used in poppy seed cakes, mazurek cakes, kołacz cakes and strudels, it is mixed with water for about 5 minutes at high speed, left to swell, then spread onto raw dough and baked. Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk, soya. May contain: eggs, sesame. Shelf life unopened is 9 months from the date of production; sold in a 10 kg bag.
