Description
Kukułka Cream from Zentis is a thermostable sweet filling for bakery use, made with glucose-fructose syrup (from wheat and maize), water, sugar, vegetable fats (palm, coconut) and alkalised cocoa powder, and it contains alcohol.
Its intended use is as a filling for confectionery and pastry products. It is preserved with potassium sorbate and should be stored in a cool, dry place; shelf life is 270 days from the date of production in the original unopened packaging. It is supplied in a 10 kg pack.
