Eco Trade Malibu Powdered Coconut Mass 25 kg

For the basic recipe, mix 1000 g of Malibu with 400 g of cold water at medium speed for approx. 3 minutes, then use the mass for cakes and coconut bars (kokosanki). Contains: eggs. May contain: cereals containing gluten, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya. Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%; the unopened shelf life is 12 months. Sold in a 25 kg pack.
