Polfink Kajmak Fudge Filling is a sweet filling, brownish to brown and spreadable, with a taste and odour characteristic of caramelised milk, supplied in a 13 kg plastic bucket.
Its main ingredients are skimmed milk (48.5 %), sugar (43.5 %) and vegetable fat (8 %) from palm oil and partially hydrogenated palm oil. It is ready to use directly after removal from the packaging, either as it is or as an ingredient of confectionery products. Contains: milk, soya. Store at 0 °C to 10 °C; unopened shelf life is 5 months. The country of origin is Lithuania.
