Meritose 200 is a crystalline dextrose sold as a speciality sweetener.
It is a white powder with a bland odour and a refreshing sweet taste. Store at ambient temperature in a well-ventilated, clean and dry place away from odorous materials, below 60 % relative humidity; avoid pressure on the bags and do not pile pallets too high. Unopened, it keeps for 24 months from the production date when stored as recommended. Supplied in a 25 kg bag.
