Finezja FIT Cream-Yoghurt is a chilled dairy preparation for bakery use, made from cream with skimmed milk powder, yoghurt bacteria cultures and beef gelatine.

A stabilised base for creams and desserts, it is intended for whipping. Contains: milk. Store at +2 °C to +8 °C; unopened shelf life is 60 days at this temperature. Supplied in a 5 kg pack.
