Toffee Flavoured Cream Filling 12 kg (Kandy)

It is a dense, smooth, yellow-brown mass with a sweet taste. Its main ingredients are water, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, modified corn starch and non-hydrogenated palm fat. Bake and freeze stable, it is used with various kinds of dough, inside and on top of cakes, and can also be used as it is for decorating or filling. Unopened shelf life is 9 months from the production date; once opened, it keeps for 7 days stored at 0–10 °C. The country of origin is Poland (EU), and the filling is supplied in a 12 kg pack.
