A free-flowing, white to light cream flour without lumps, with a granulation of max. 0.02 mm. Suitable for vegans; country of origin: Netherlands. Store in its packaging on clean wooden pallets in a dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding sudden changes in temperature and humidity above 75 %; unopened shelf life up to 12 months from the date of production. Sold in a 25 kg pack.
