Eifix pasteurised liquid whole egg, natural yellow in colour, made from whole eggs (99.9 %) with the acidity regulator citric acid.
Contains: eggs. Suitable for vegetarians and halal. Store and transport at 0 – 4 °C without interrupting the cold chain; unopened shelf life is 38 days from the date of production and, once opened, use within 48 hours. Supplied in a 10 kg pack.
