Description
Agar 900 Gracilaria (E406) is a gelling agent supplied as a white to cream powder in a polyethylene container with a foil liner.
Besides gelling, it is used as a thickener, carrier and stabiliser in food applications, with a gelling temperature of 32–39 °C. Store in a dry place, in the tightly closed original packaging, at 2–30 °C. Unopened shelf life is 1,460 days from the date of production. Country of origin: Spain. Sold in a 1 kg pack.
