Description
Vortumnus candied orange rind, diced 4 × 4 mm: slightly moist, free-flowing peel cubes with a sweet-and-sour taste, packed in a 10 kg cardboard carton lined with a polyethylene film bag.
The main ingredients are orange peel, sugar and glucose syrup. It is a semi-finished product for bakery, pastry and confectionery production. Contains: sulphites. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in a dry, cool place at 0–25 °C and not more than 75 % humidity; shelf life unopened is 12 months.
