Description
Craigmillar Carrot Cake Topping is a frosting for finishing carrot cakes, made with sugar, water, palm, rapeseed oil, skimmed milk powder and cheese powder, and manufactured in Great Britain.
It can be spread straight from the pail onto sheet cakes, beaten for a lighter texture or piped, but is not recommended for freeze-thaw or overwrapping applications. Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians, it should be stored below 25 °C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, keeps for 182 days from production unopened and is supplied in a 10 kg pack.
