Description
DCL Yeast Craftbake High Activity is a fresh yeast made solely of yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) for fermenting bakery doughs, with Belgium as its country of origin.
It is principally intended for the production of bread and other bakery products, and food made with it must be baked before consumption. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, kosher and halal. Store at 1–4 °C in hygienic conditions in a ventilated room and avoid freezing; shelf life unopened is 25 days from the date of production. Supplied as a 10 kg box.
