Bakels Caramel Ripple is a sweet caramel filling for rippling through bakery products, made from glucose syrup, sugar, sweetened condensed milk and unsalted butter, and is of United Kingdom origin.

It is used in cakes, choux, cupcakes, doughnuts, muffins and traybakes, and can be rippled through ice cream or drizzled over finished desserts. Contains: milk. Suitable for vegetarians.
