Description
Martin Braun Dessert Compound Pastes are colouring and flavouring compounds for dessert work, offered in Tiramisu, Raspberry, Strawberry and Zabaglione; the Raspberry and Strawberry pastes are made with fruit puree, while Tiramisu and Zabaglione are made with skimmed milk powder and vanilla flavoured ethyl alcohol.
The Raspberry, Strawberry and Zabaglione pastes can optionally be mixed into fat-based creams and whipped cream. Tiramisu and Zabaglione: Contains: milk. Raspberry and Strawberry: May contain: milk. Store dry in the original packaging at 0 °C to +20 °C, away from heat, freezing and direct sunlight; shelf life unopened 360 days; each variant is sold as a 3 kg pack.
