Ingredients include flavouring substances and flavouring preparations in water, with carriers such as propylene glycol and glycerol, xanthan gum, citric acid and potassium sorbate; one recipe is coloured with beta-carotene and riboflavin-5'-phosphate. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, halal and kosher. The dosage given for each of the four flavours is 5 g/kg. Store in a cool, dry place in the original packaging; shelf life unopened is 12 or 18 months depending on the variety.
