Martin Braun Strawberry 70% Fruit Filling is a fruit filling for bakery and confectionery use, with strawberry as the first ingredient, followed by sugar and water, and set with tara gum and gellan gum.
The filling is ready to use both before and after baking. May contain: milk. Store at 0 °C to +20 °C and below 75 % relative humidity, dry and in the original packaging, away from heat, frost and direct sunlight; shelf life unopened is 210 days. Supplied in a 12 kg pack.
