Description

Jelly Neutral is a neutral-flavour jelly for bakery and dessert work, made from sugar and pork gelatin with an acidity regulator and flavouring.

The jelly is dissolved in hot boiled water, with less water in hot weather, and should not be used with fresh pineapple, kiwi or papaya. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, sesame, soya. Store cool, below 25 °C, and dry at up to 75 % humidity, protected from light; shelf life unopened is 180 days from the date of manufacture in closed original packaging. Supplied in a 5 kg pack.

How to use

Slices of chocolate sponge mousse cake with pink jelly top

Dosage: 1 kg Galaretka Neutralna to 5 l hot boiled water
Instructions: Dissolve jelly in hot boiled water. In case of hot weather conditions use less water and leave jelly in refrigerator for few hours. Do not use with fresh pineapple, kiwi or papaya.
