Description
Sandia Pound Cake Mix is a cake mix based on sugar, wheat flour and wheat starch with raising agents and skimmed milk powder, for producing pound cakes.
The batter is mixed at medium speed for about 4–5 minutes with a flat beater to an aeration of 850–900 g/l and baked at 180 °C for 50 minutes. Contains: cereals containing gluten (wheat), milk. May contain: eggs, sesame, soya. Store in a dry place (relative humidity up to 75 %) at up to 25 °C; shelf life unopened 180 days. Supplied in a 25 kg bag.
