Vortumnus Apricot-Flavoured Confectionery Marmalade is an apricot-flavoured filling for bakery and confectionery use, made from apple purée and sugar, set with modified starch and pectin, and manufactured in Poland.

Ready to use without prior processing, it can be baked inside the pastry or as a topping, or used as a filling after baking, including for doughnuts. May contain: sulphites. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The unopened shelf life is 8 months; sold per 13 kg unit.
