Komplet Kiddy Gel Neutral Glaze – 14 kg

It is made mainly from sugar, water, glucose syrup and glucose, with gelling agent E440. Up to 40 % water is added and the gel is mixed thoroughly and heated to 80 °C, after which it is ready to apply and can be heated repeatedly during preparation. Store closed and sealed, protected from moisture, air and light, in dry, clean and cool rooms; the storage period is 12 months from the date of production. Supplied as a transparent gel with a neutral taste and a sweet odour, in a 14 kg plastic bucket.
