Zeelandia Honey Cake Mix 25 kg

Sugar and wheat flour lead the ingredients, with potato starch, apple and pear purée concentrate, whey powder and a stated honey content of 0.2 %. Recommended as a base for tarts and dessert cake layers, the mix takes 500 g oil and 500 g eggs per 1000 g and bakes at approximately 180 °C for approximately 40–50 minutes. Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk. May contain: eggs, sesame, soya. Store in a dry place at up to 75 % relative humidity and a temperature of up to 25 °C; unopened shelf life 180 days.
