Description
Zeelandia Sandia E Limited Cappuccino is a cake mix for producing cappuccino-flavoured cakes, based on sugar, wheat flour and potato starch with raising agents (E450, E500), instant coffee, skimmed milk powder, flavouring (containing milk) and emulsifier E475.
Mix all ingredients at low speed for about 4 minutes with a flat beater, pour the batter into tins and bake at 180 °C for 50 minutes, depending on the weight of the dough. Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk. May contain: eggs, sesame, soya. Store cool (below 25 °C) and dry (humidity up to 75 %); supplied in a 15 kg bag.
