Description
Helios Blueberry Fruit Filling is a fruit filling for bakery use with a fruit content of 80 % made up of blueberry, blackcurrant and fruit purée, thickened with modified starch (E1422) and preserved with potassium sorbate.
Used directly before or after baking in tarts, ring cakes, blueberry buns, puff pastries and sponge cakes, it must not be diluted or, before baking, mixed with custard, cream or fat-based masses. May contain: eggs, milk, nuts, soya. Shelf life unopened is 6 months from the date of manufacture; sold in a 10 kg bag.
