Poltino fruit filling with 50 % fruit, supplied to bakeries and confectioners for filling baked goods.
Each flavour can be dosed manually or automatically and is used in cakes, Cherry also in sweet croissants and shortcrust biscuits, Red Currant & Cranberry and Blackcurrant in sweet yeast buns. Store at a temperature of 0 °C to +12 °C; at these conditions the unopened shelf life is 4 months. The flavours on sale are Red Currant & Cranberry, Cherry and Blackcurrant, each supplied as a 12 kg unit.
