Description
Helios Cherry Fruit 80 is a cherry fruit filling for bakery use, made with 80 % pitted cherries and sugar, set with modified starch (E1422) and citrus pectin, and preserved with potassium sorbate.
It is used undiluted before and after baking in tarts, cakes, shortcrust, puff and semi-puff pastries and sponge cakes, but should not be mixed with custard, cream or fat-based fillings before baking. May contain: eggs, milk, nuts, soya. Shelf life unopened is 6 months from the date of production. Supplied in a 10 kg bag.
