Poltino Multi-Fruit Bakery Jam 13 kg

The fruit purées are apple 80 %, red currant 15 % and chokeberry 5 %, followed by sugar, with pectin as gelling agent, citric acid and sodium citrate as acidity regulators, flavouring and potassium sorbate as preservative. It is used in baking cakes and confectionery and can be dosed manually or automatically. Store in rooms between 0 and 20 °C; unopened shelf life 8 months; supplied in a 13 kg pack.
