Description
Paletta Apricot Glaze, a bakery glaze supplied in 13 kg packs.
It is made from water, sugar and glucose syrup, with gelling agent E440, elderberry fruit extract, flavouring and colour E160a. It is heated in a glaze warmer to 90 °C, after which it is ready to use and can be applied with a brush. Contains: sulphites. Store in a cool place below 25 °C; shelf life unopened 6 months from the production date in unopened original packaging.
