Its main ingredients are wheat flour, modified starch, wheat starch, powdered eggs and maize flour. It is prepared according to the recipe given on the packaging, and the pastry recipe requires the addition of fresh eggs or liquid egg. Contains: cereals containing gluten (wheat), eggs, milk. May contain: nuts, sesame, soya. Store closed, sealed packs in dry, clean, pest-free rooms, protected from moisture, air and light, optimally up to 18 °C and at most 25 °C, with humidity at most 75 %; unopened shelf life is 364 days. The free-flowing, light cream mix comes in a 10 kg paper sack; after preparation the crust is brown and the crumb creamy-yellow.
