Description
Claro Gel is a glaze supplied as a yellow powder with a sweet, fruity taste, packed in a 10 kg poly bag in a carton.
Its main ingredients are sugar, acidity regulators (sodium citrates, citric acid, potassium citrates), gelling agents (carrageenan, pectins) and thickeners (locust bean gum, gum arabic). The jelly glaze made from the Claro Gel powder can be reheated. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, nuts. Store dry and sealed in the original packaging at 20 °C, away from freezing, heat and direct sunlight; unopened shelf life is 720 days.
