Description
CSM Choco Bake is a chocolate cake mix for bakeries, based on sugar, wheat flour, reduced-fat cocoa powder (7.5 %), maltodextrin and wheat starch.
Contains: wheat, milk. May contain: eggs, soya. Suitable for vegetarians. Store in a dry place, in closed packaging, at 12–25 °C; shelf life is 180 days after production, and the country of origin is Germany. It is a fine brown powder with a sweet chocolate taste, supplied in 25 kg paper and HDPE bags.
