Description

AKO Pistachio Babka Concentrate is a cake mix for pistachio-flavoured babka, based on wheat flour, sugar and wheat starch with an aerating agent, raising agents, flavouring and the colour E 141.

The batter is made by the single-stage method with a flat beater, poured into moulds to approx. 2/3 of their height and baked at approx. 180–190 °C for approx. 55–60 min. Contains: cereals containing gluten, soya. May contain: eggs, lupin, milk, sesame. Store the packaged product in a dry, cool place on clean wooden pallets, at least 10 cm from the wall; shelf life unopened is up to 6 months from the date of production. Supplied in a 10 kg bag.

How to use

Intended use: intended for producing, by the single-stage method, a pistachio-flavoured sponge-and-fat cake batter
Preparation: Mix the batter ingredients according to the recipe with a flat beater at low speed until combined, then mix at medium speed for approx. 3 min. Pour the batter into suitable moulds, filling them to approx. 2/3 of their height.
Baking temperature: approx. 180-190°C
Baking time: approx. 55-60 min
