Description
Doro Blueberry Jelly Powder is a blueberry-flavoured jelly powder for bakery use, based on crystal sugar and gelatine with citric acid, flavouring and colours E132 and E124, and it originates from Poland.
It is used as an addition to cakes and gateaux; dissolve 100 g of product in 0.5 l of boiled, hot water and mix thoroughly until dissolved, without boiling. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. Store in a closed package in a dry, cool, shaded room protected from pests and away from foreign odours, at up to 25 °C and humidity up to 75 %; shelf life is 12 months from the date of production. Sold in 5 kg units.
