Description
Frubella Multifruit Marmalade is a fruit filling for bakery use, made from apple, cherry and strawberry purées in varying proportions with sugar, and preserved with potassium sorbate.
It is used for filling and decorating cakes and in confectionery products. May contain: sulphites. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse at 0 °C to 18 °C; unopened shelf life is 12 months from the date of production. Supplied in a 14 kg pack.
