Description

Puratos Ambiante is a vegan cream-alternative topping with Belgium as its country of origin, based on water, fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil and sugar.

For cake and fine pastry applications, chill it for at least 12 hours at 5–7 °C before whipping, then whip at medium speed to the desired consistency. Contains: soya. May contain: cereals containing gluten, milk. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and halal diets. Store in a dry place (relative humidity max 65 %) between 2 and 20 °C, avoiding temperature variations; unopened shelf life is 12 months, and it is supplied as a box of 12 × 1 L.

How to use

Slice of layered sponge cake with white whipped cream and berries

Intended use: For use in cake and fine pastry applications.
Instructions: Before whipping, chill the product for at least 12 hours between 5-7 °C. Whip at medium speed until the desired consistency is obtained.
