Description
Bun Glaze RTU is a ready-to-use glaze for finishing buns and other bakery goods.
To use, apply the glaze to the baked goods immediately after baking. It is made from water and potato dextrin with preservative E202 (potassium sorbate) and stabiliser E412 (guar gum); the potato dextrin is sourced from Germany and the Netherlands. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in cool and dry conditions; unopened shelf life is 180 days, and it is supplied in a 12 kg pack.
